Mr. Dos Santos was born in the town of Springlands. He attended Skeldon Anglican School, Linepath Government Secondary School and New Amsterdam Multilateral School. He graduated from universities in Ukraine, England and the USA. He worked as a programmer for Random House Inc. For over twenty years he worked as an ERP Business Consultant including several years for Deloitte & Touche. He established Dos Santos Associates LLC, and is now working in the implementation of SAP at the Department of the Navy. Prior to being a consultant, Mr. Dos Santos was the Assistant Dean and Chemistry Lecturer in the Department of Natural Sciences at the University of Guyana.
